Allison directs Line 29's operational and financial strategies. She works closely with our clients to ensure positive project outcomes while maintaining financial forecasting, project capacity, and strategic planning with the Partners.
Allison is a dynamic executive with over two decades driving operational excellence, fostering team growth, and delivering innovative solutions. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Westminster University.
As one of the firm's principal architects, Jonathan will be personally involved in the entire project from start to finish. He will work closely with the client and take a hands-on role during each phase of design and documentation. Jonathan will attend design meetings and represent the client during construction and for on-site meetings. He is also involved with the project budget, scheduling, planning, material selections and construction techniques.
Jonathan received his BS in Construction Management with a Minor in Business Management from Brigham Young University and a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Florida. Jonathan has experience in government, residential, hotel, luxury resorts, multi-family, medical and office projects throughout the US.
As one of the firm's principal architects, Eric will be personally involved in the entire project from start to finish. This includes working closely with the client through each phase of design and documentation. Eric will be on-site during construction for meetings and observations and be the main point of contact with the design and engineering team for overall project coordination. This includes production and cost control, material selections, construction techniques, city code and requirements and coordination of specifications. Eric received his BS in Architecture and Master of Architecture from the University of Utah.
Eric has experience throughout the US and the world including the UK, Libya and Jordan. He has worked on various projects including multi-family, commercial, hotels, luxury resorts, office spaces, medical spaces, and the design and build of his own home.
Jennifer is responsible for developing marketing materials, coordinating client relations and social media content. Jennifer will work closely with you to establish goals for your projects and keep the design team focused on executing those goals. Jennifer will also coordinate PR and outreach efforts related to the project and assist you in any marketing materials you may need for your own website or social media.
Jennifer received her BS in Business and a minor in Public Relations from the University of Utah and a Master of Marketing from the University of Brighton. She has experience in marketing in various industries such as medical, hospitality, catering, interior design, and architecture for the last 12 years.
