Located in the planned community of Daybreak, Utah, this project includes three separate buildings, each with 21 luxury condo units consisting of 1,2 and 3 bedroom units. The community of Daybreak desired a higher density and more modern development along a main thoroughfare in the community. Building A and B are the most traditional with a modern variation pitched roof design with Building C featuring a flat-roof design. All three integrate and become cohesive through their shared detailing and color scheme.
