This fully custom Marriott Residence Inn is located in the vibrant Historic Haymarket District in Lincoln, Nebraska. The hotel’s design features a red brick exterior and an outdoor patio. Each room has been carefully designed for maximum efficiency while providing the full amenities of a Residence Inn. The urban nature of the site is a small footprint which has been maximized by a simple L shape to provide the most number of guest rooms for the client while also providing natural light and views for each guest room. The outdoor patio was also designed so that the outdoor space can be shared with the adjacent hotel for maximum use and space for the guests.
