This project is a highly appointed build-to-suit tenant improvement in a new office building for a wealth management firm. The design features eight custom office spaces designed with translucent glass fronts for privacy while also allowing natural light to each space. The front reception area features a custom wall designed with a variety of marble and wood paneling with decorative pendant lighting overhead. A large picture window captures views of the Wasatch Mountains in the waiting area. The office also includes a large break room featuring a full kitchen and seating area, large high-tech conference room, and smaller conference room.
